This is a small site with one form on it. Here is what we collect and how to get it deleted.

If you fill in the form, we get your name, work email, company and message, and we use them to reply to you. Beyond that, we keep analytics on how the site is used, and we use cookies and similar technologies, including for advertising and measurement.
When you use the contact form. The name, work email, company and message you type. Alongside it we record which page you submitted from and, if you arrived from a campaign, the tracking parameters in that link. That last part tells us which of our own efforts brought you here.
When you simply read the site. Standard analytics: pages viewed, roughly where in the world you are, which site or search sent you, and what kind of device you are on.
In server logs. Our host records IP addresses and request details for a short period, the way every web server does, to keep the site up and to block abuse.
To reply to your enquiry, to understand which parts of the site are useful so we can write better ones, and to measure and improve our own marketing.
We and the providers we work with use cookies, pixels and similar technologies on this site. They do a few jobs: keeping the site working, telling a returning reader from a new one, measuring how our marketing performs, and reaching people who have already visited. Your browser settings, and any consent controls shown to you, let you limit this.
We keep the list of companies involved deliberately short. It currently covers our hosting and security provider, the service that delivers form submissions to our inbox, our email provider, and the analytics and advertising platforms we use to run and measure our marketing. These providers may process and store data in countries other than your own.
Enquiries stay in our email for as long as we might reasonably need them, which for a live or recent conversation is a few years, and we clear out the rest. Analytics and advertising data expire on the standard schedules of the platforms that hold it.
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No form to fill in and no reason required. We will get back to you within 30 days, usually a great deal sooner.
Depending on where you live, those rights may sit under the GDPR, under state privacy laws in the United States, or under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Either way, our answer is the same.
This site is for people running businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and move the date at the top. There is no version history to dig through, because the policy is short enough to reread.
