ReWild sells premium second-home plots at a ₹2 to 3 crore average ticket. In the phase we ran end to end, under ₹1 crore of ad spend produced over ₹75 crore in plot sales, and every sale traced back through the funnel that started it.
A category where a single sale is worth crores and leads are few is exactly where agency relationships usually die: every argument becomes an argument about lead quality. The engagement was built to make that argument impossible.
Three channels, three jobs. Meta as the volume engine, Google for intent, and LinkedIn as the quality outlier: a channel most real-estate marketers ignore, which delivered a ~34% qualification rate and multiple crore-value sales.
A full measurement spine. Spend to leads to qualified leads to site visits to sales to revenue, down to per-plot quoted prices, with the attribution maths vetted by ReWild's own marketing team.
Qualification discipline. Lead-level disputes logged and resolved with the client, openly. Trust in this category is built by arguing about data and settling it.
Over ₹75 crore in plot sales against under ₹1 crore of spend. Around 9,400 leads became roughly 1,650 qualified conversations and 450+ site visits, closing at an average ticket of ₹2 to 3 crore, on a one-to-three-month cycle from first lead to signed sale.
The best channel in real estate turned out to be the one nobody budgets for.
