Everyday Diamonds started as an online jewellery brand. We were there from the very beginning of their offline journey, Bangalore first, then Delhi, and built the engine that turns ads into WhatsApp conversations, conversations into walk-ins, and walk-ins into billed sales.
At a ₹1 lakh average order, clicks are not buyers. The sale happens at the counter, days after the ad, and most agencies simply stop measuring at the click. This engagement was built around the other half.
Both stores launched from zero. No offline funnel existed. We were in from the start of the retail journey, Bangalore first, then Delhi.
A WhatsApp-first funnel for high tickets. Ads open conversations, not forms. Thousands of WhatsApp conversations became appointments, and appointments became walk-ins.
Attribution by asking one question at billing. Every billed sale traced to its source at the counter. Simple, honest, and it held up month after month.
City economics. Walk-in costs tracked per city and budgets balanced accordingly, down to Google "Get Directions" clicks costing a few dozen rupees.
Monthly revenue crossed ₹1 crore within the first year, at 12x blended ROAS. Spend scaled roughly 10x in eight months without losing efficiency, 1,200+ walk-ins were tracked across the two cities, and ad-attributed sales came to represent roughly two-thirds of store revenue.
We attribute store sales by asking one question at billing. It holds up better than any pixel.
