51% more site visits from leads already in the pipeline

Ivy Homes was generating leads faster than they turned into property visits. We built trigger-based WhatsApp and email flows on their CRM that moved the existing pipeline forward: 51% more property visits and 42% more qualified leads, from enquiries already in the CRM.

More leads than visits

Paid campaigns were doing their job, and Ivy's sales team was working every enquiry that came in. The gap sat in between: a buyer asks about an apartment, takes the call, and then life gets in the way of booking a visit. For a business that sells homes people move straight into, the visit is the step that matters; nobody buys an apartment they have not walked through.

The moves

Trigger-based flows on WhatsApp and emailEvery action a lead took fired the next message: a follow-up after a property enquiry, suggestions matched to what they had been browsing, a reminder for the ones who showed interest and never booked a slot. Real-time, not batch.

An email sequence that did the trust workWhy buy a resale apartment now, what Ivy checks before it lists a home, real buyer stories, the press coverage. The hesitations a buyer carries into a sales call, answered before the call.

Built inside the CRMThe flows plugged into Ivy Homes' own system, so upkeep was minimal and the team could watch each lead's journey as it happened.

What it produced

From the same pipeline, 51% more property visits and 42% more qualified leads. No extra media behind either number. Every one of those enquiries was already Ivy's; the flows made sure fewer of them went cold before the sales team could get to them.

A win for the business, not just the ad account. The flows ran on every lead in Ivy's CRM, whatever brought it in. So the lift was not limited to enquiries from paid campaigns: leads from every other source moved forward the same way, and the return reached well beyond the media budget.

The cheapest lead to convert is the one you already own.

On the record
"What stood out was how quickly they got to the actual problem. Real estate has a hundred vanity metrics, and we needed almost none of them. They learned what a good outcome looks like for our business and then held themselves to it, which meant we spent less time correcting direction and more time on everything else."
